When To Get In Touch

Start With What You’re Noticing.

Concerns After Work In The Space

A Need For Focused Cleaning

A Purposeful Assessment

Cleaning With A Clear Purpose

Start with the concern and define the work around it. Cleaning and assessment focus on dust and allergen-containing particles in the 2.5–10 µm range. Particle counts do not identify specific allergens, and the approach, areas included and follow-up testing are determined for your property.

Understand Your Concern

Review the space, its history and the particles of concern.

Assess Your Space

Agree on a targeted cleaning and testing scope.

Review The Next Steps

Discuss follow-up findings and any further work that may be appropriate.

Small Particles. A Clearer Perspective.

A micron (µm) is one thousandth of a millimeter. PM10 describes particles 10 µm and smaller, and PM2.5 describes particles 2.5 µm and smaller.

Our small particle cleaning and assessment focuses on particles in the 2.5–10 µm range, such as fine dust and some allergen-containing particles. PM10 includes particles in this range; PM2.5 describes particles at or below 2.5 µm.

Discuss Your Assessment

Define What Needs Attention

A fine-particle concern may involve residual dust after work, repeated accumulation or questions about a particular area. Start by describing what happened and which surfaces or rooms are affected. Small particle cleaning should have a defined scope, including the areas to be addressed and any testing planned alongside the work.

Plan The Work Around Your Space

Homes and businesses have different access, furnishing and scheduling needs. Discuss which rooms are included, what needs to be moved or protected, and whether other work is still happening. These details help establish realistic expectations before cleaning begins and reduce confusion about what is included.

Use Testing To Inform Follow-Up

Where testing is included, agree on the purpose and timing of measurements. A follow-up assessment can add information about conditions after the work, but comparisons need context. Cleaning is not a substitute for investigating an unresolved source, and the plan may need to address that source separately.

Before Your Visit

Share the history of the dust or residual particles, any previous remediation or construction work, and areas that are difficult to access. Confirm preparation requirements with the team before moving belongings or changing conditions.

A Little Clarity Before Your Visit.

Is This The Same As General House Cleaning?

This service focuses on fine dust and residual particle concerns. Contact us to discuss how the scope differs from routine cleaning.

Can Testing Be Part Of The Plan?

Yes. Cleaning and testing can be tailored together. The measurements and timing depend on the scope agreed for your space.

Does This Help With Allergens?

Cleaning and assessment can address dust and allergen-containing particles in the 2.5–10 µm range. Particle counts do not identify specific allergens, and not every allergen falls in that range. This service is not a medical treatment.

Can The Scope Be Limited To Certain Rooms?

Discuss the affected areas with the team. The proposed scope depends on the concern, access and whether other spaces need to be considered.

Does Cleaning Resolve The Original Source?

Not necessarily. If particles continue to be introduced, the source may need separate investigation or corrective work.
