When To Get In Touch

Start With What You’re Noticing.

A Property You Want To Understand

A Purposeful Assessment

Follow The Readings Through Your Space

InstaScope adds live biological-particle information. Ventilation evaluation, CO₂ or other measurements can be considered separately as part of the agreed assessment.

Understand Your Concern

Review your concerns, building use and recent changes.

Assess Your Space

Assess airborne particles and conditions across the space.

Review The Next Steps

Explain the findings and any additional measurements or testing needed.

A Closer Look At Your Assessment

What we investigate, how the tools help, and what the findings mean for your next step.

Discuss Your Assessment

Start With How The Building Is Used

Indoor air concerns can vary by room, occupancy and activity. A home office, rental property and busy commercial space may need different assessment scopes. We start with your observations: where the issue occurs, when it is noticeable, and whether it began after work, a water event or a change in the building.

Choose Measurements That Fit The Concern

Real-time biological-particle scanning can add room-by-room context. Other questions may call for particulate measurements, CO₂ testing, ventilation evaluation or a separate VOC assessment. These are distinct tools and services. The proposed scope should explain which measurements are included and what each is intended to help investigate.

Turn Findings Into A Practical Discussion

The value of testing is understanding what the findings mean for the space. We discuss the scan results, relevant observations and whether further testing would help answer the original question. An environmental assessment describes conditions at the time of the visit; it is not a medical diagnosis or a promise that conditions will remain unchanged.

Before Your Visit

Share the rooms involved, typical occupancy and any recent renovations, cleaning or HVAC changes. If you manage a business, let us know about access restrictions and operating schedules so the visit can be planned around the property.

What’s In Your Air?

Airborne particles come in many sizes. This magnified comparison puts those sizes into perspective before we look at the readings from your assessment.

Magnified comparison showing the relative sizes of a human hair about 70 microns wide, a grain of fine sand about 90 microns, a pollen grain about 30 microns, a PM10 particle 10 microns and smaller, a PM2.5 particle 2.5 microns and smaller, and a bacterium about 1 micron

See What Your Assessment Reveals

Comparing each room with a baseline reading shows where airborne particle levels change across the property. Those comparisons help prioritize where further investigation may be useful. They are not universal safe or unsafe thresholds.

A Little Clarity Before Your Visit.

How Long Does It Take To Get Results?

Scan readings can be reviewed during the visit. Separate laboratory or specialized tests have their own processing times.

Do You Assess Commercial Properties?

Yes. Assessments can be tailored to offices, hospitality properties and other business spaces, as well as homes.

Can You Help If The Concern Is Not Mold?

We can discuss other indoor environmental measurements, including VOCs, particles, moisture and ventilation-related concerns. The right scope depends on what you are noticing.

Can Results Differ From Room To Room?

Yes. Room use, airflow and conditions can differ. Comparing locations during the visit adds context that a single sampling location may not provide.
