When you use a request form on this site, you provide your name, email address, property ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and a description of what you are noticing. A phone number is optional. The form also includes a hidden field used to filter automated spam.

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your property and arrange services. The website sends your request as an email to our team at info@sporescan.net, with your email address set as the reply address. The website does not save form submissions in its own database. Your request is kept in our email inbox so we can respond and follow up on your inquiry.

If you call or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to share and use them the same way.

Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical details when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. To limit misuse of the request form, our server briefly uses your IP address to count recent submissions and keeps a temporary request identifier to avoid sending duplicates. These are held in short-lived server memory, not a database.

Only if you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It measures pages viewed, scrolling, clicks to outside sites and downloads, taps on our phone number, and when a request is successfully sent (recording only the service selected). Page addresses are trimmed so that only recognized campaign tags are kept, and form contents such as your name, email, phone number or message are never sent to Google Analytics. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga in your browser.

Our Google reviews are displayed through a widget from Trustindex, and our footer shows an embedded Google map. These load as part of the page, independently of your analytics choice, and load content from those providers, who receive your IP address and browser details and may set their own cookies. We rely on these providers to run the website: Lovable hosts the site (Lovable Privacy Policy), Resend delivers form requests to our inbox by email (Resend Privacy Policy), Trustindex and Google Maps display our reviews and map, and, only with your permission, Google Analytics measures site usage as described above. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

Your privacy choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page. You can change or withdraw it at any time with Cookie Settings, also linked at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing analytics removes the Google Analytics cookies this site set and reloads the page so the script stops running. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
